Deleting your Zanjabeel account
Zanjabeel is a language-learning app operated by the Zanjabeel team. You can delete your account and all associated data yourself, directly from within the app, at any time.
Delete your account from the app
- Open the Zanjabeel app and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm when prompted.
Your account is deleted immediately. This is a permanent deletion, not a deactivation.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your account and profile (email address, name, account identifier, sign-in provider).
- Your voice recordings.
- Your learning data (lesson progress, scores, and preferences).
- Your in-app activity data associated with your account.
What may be kept, and for how long
We may retain a limited amount of data where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons (for example, security and audit logs). Any such data is kept no longer than necessary and is deleted within 90 days.
If you’ve already uninstalled the app
If you can no longer access the in-app option, email adi.berenson@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “Delete my account”, and we will delete it for you within 30 days.
